4 large Fresh tomatoes, quartered
Small jar JalapeƱos
1 poblano chili pepper, finely chopped
5-6 large cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 large red onion, coarsely chopped
One 1/2 bunches of Cilantro coarsely chopped (with part of stems if you like)
Large can of diced tomatoes
Food processor or blender
Combine 2 tomatoes, half onion, half garlic, half jar ( cup of JalapeƱos), salt, and pulse in processor/blender until just chopped to fine.
Pour into a large mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir.
Add salt to taste... Add more peppers if you want more spice.
Fill 1/2 gallon Mason jar or smaller jars and place in fridge overnight.
Recommend Avacodo oil fried organic chips..
